arrived in Lincoln Park, stayed with Megan Koenig
Devil Dawgs - got Chicago style hot dogs

North Avenue Beach - walked down by the lake in the morning and watched the Chicago marathon
McGee's Irish Pub - Spent the afternoon watching the Browns pull out an overtime win against the ravens
Lou Malnati's - got deep dish pizza.

Arrived in Bangkok, stayed at HI Mid Bangkok Hostel

10/14/15

Thai Travel Clinc - got Japanese Encephalitis, it was clean and quick. Ate street food in the adjacent alley
Victory Monument - explored the nearby markets and got dinner at a small restaurant

Arrived in Chiang Mai, stayed at Khumphucome Hotel

Bhubing Palace - explored the grounds and gardens
Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep - walked the 306 steps, saw the beautiful sights and participated in Buddhist traditions
Thaphae Stadium - sat ringside for traditional Muay Thai bouts.

10/17/15

Babalonian Iraqi Restaurant - had dinner with a big group of people
Night Bazaar - explored the market and bought some cool pants... that ripped the next day

Old Chiangmai Cultural Center - had traditional welcome dinner with dishes typical of northern Thai Culture and watched traditional Thai dance
Sunday Night Walking Street - walked around the "old city" and got a pair of pants to replace the ones that ripped.

The Harbour Mall - got a traditional Thai massage

Thai Elephant Conservation Center - Saw and fed lots of Elephants!
MAYA Mall rooftop bar - had a last night out with lots of friends from orientation

Arrived in Tak, moved into apartment

Takpittayakhom School - first day at our new school

Arrived in Sukhothai, stayed at EZ House & Cafe
Sukhothai Historical Park - visited the ancient ruins in the central zone
Wat Traphang Thong - fed the fishes and read the sayings
Sukhothai Walking Street - got a great street food dinnet
